Who is CW Phipps

After serving 22 years in the U.S. Navy as an Active Duty Senior Chief and the East Coast Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commodore for the MH-60R Airframe, CW transitioned to a full-time career in real estate in 2018. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2016, CW began his real estate journey while still on Active Duty, working part-time before fully dedicating himself to serving clients’ real estate needs.

Drawing on his extensive leadership and strategic planning experience, CW’s approach to real estate is rooted in integrity, dedication, and a client-first mentality. As a trusted ADVISOR—not a salesperson—he empowers clients to make informed, confident decisions throughout the buying and selling process.

Beyond his real estate success, CW is deeply invested in making a positive impact. In 2023, he was awarded the Humanitarian Award from EXIT 1 Stop for his leadership in combating childhood hunger through Micah’s Backpack Jacksonville. His humanitarian efforts also extended to disaster relief, as he played a key role in aiding Hurricane Idalia victims through Rotary International.

As President of the Rotary Club of East Arlington, CW led initiatives in partnership with the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach to support the Indigenous Tarahumara people in Mexico’s Copper Canyon region. Amid violence between the Juárez and Sinaloa Cartel's border war in the Copper Canyan Region of the Sierra Madre Occidental, CW’s efforts helped rebuild communities by providing clean water, sanitation, and transportation infrastructure, bringing hope to those who live amid the ongoing cartel wars.
